We offer a 100-minute all-you-can-eat course so that you can enjoy your fill of tongue♪ All-you-can-eat items such as "walleye short ribs" and "top loin"! We offer carefully selected meat and a wide variety of side menus!

At our store, everything from aging to processing of raw black tongue is done in-house. The method of handling has been certified as a “utility model.” Each one is carefully processed by hand to remove unnecessary odors and tastes, resulting in a rich flavor. We recommend the ``thick-sliced premium tongue.'' We offer ultra-rare cuts that can only be taken from one cow for one person, and are approximately 4mm thick, more than twice the thickness of regular beef tongue. Please enjoy this soft and satisfying dish.
