行列の絶えない江戸前天丼の店「金子半之助」!!
日本調理師一心会二代目会長を務めた金子半之助。
浅草生まれの金子半之助は誰よりも下町を愛し、和食を愛した江戸っ子です。
金子半之助の孫にあたる金子真也が幼き頃に祖父より頂いた閻魔帳(レシピ帳)。
その中には、門外不出の『秘伝の江戸前の丼たれ』の作り方があり、この秘伝の 丼たれに合うタネ(材料)との試行錯誤を重ね、ようやく1杯の天丼が完成しました。
