麺の硬さは、かた,ふつう,やわ から選択可能。 今回は”かた”を注文。
約5分後に到着。
叉焼5枚,茹で卵,メンマ,乾燥フレーク状の海苔,刻み葱,なるとが入っている。
麺は、細麺で超濃厚なスープと絡んでいる。 注文通りしっかりと硬めで安心した。
スープは、豚骨醤油で豚骨が強めで、トロトロしていてとても濃厚。
叉焼も、醤油の下味が結構付いているのもあってとても濃厚。 食べ進めていくと脂身の部分が特に重く感じる。
海苔は、乾燥フレーク状で盛られている。 あまり目にするタイプの形ではないので珍しい。
超濃厚豚骨という点では美味しかったが、スープの塩分や叉焼の脂分が多くて最後の方はくどく感じた。
