国産牛ローストビーフと春の恵みフェア開催中という事でグランドニッコー台場のガーデンダイニングに行ってきました。
店内は天井が広く開放感が凄い。
広い窓から見える草木と店内へと降り注ぐ光でとても雰囲気がよい作りとなっています。
週末（土日祝日）のブュッフェという事で大人一人7,000円となります。
因みにドリンクはビール1,400円、コーラ1,000円という感じです。
予約した時刻に到着し順番に呼ばれ席に着きます。
あっという間に全席埋まってしまいました。
季節に合わせて色々なフェアを行っていて結構人気なんだそう。
サラダや一口サイズのアペタイザーを色々食べてメインに行きます。
ローストビーフと春の恵みです。
アスパラガスにビックリ。極太です。
ローストビーフも一番良さそうな真ん中の部分をシェフが丁寧に切ってくれています。
今日のお目当て、ローストビーフ＆アスパラガスどちらも最高でした。
お肉は赤身と脂身が絶妙な具合、アスパラはナイフをそっと置いてスライドさせるだけでスッと切れジューシー。
どちらも甘みと旨みが感じられ満足でした！
