I often go on dates with my husband, but on this day we went to Odaiba. We selected this restaurant for the evening. It has a stylish terrace seating. You can also choose from the menu of the Japanese-style meal restaurant "Momijiya" next door. The terrace is Western-style and stylish, and the interior has a Japanese atmosphere. (The terrace is so nice that I asked them if I could take a stylish photo on the terrace for SNS, and they readily agreed. So this is the first time I've posted my face. Thank you.) When you say a restaurant with delicious appetizers, you can expect great food. The rock seaweed and chrysanthemum salad had a nice sea scent from the moment it was brought to you. It's full of vitamins and minerals, so I think it would be a good dish to call "Beauty Salad". The recommended dish, Sesame Amberjack, is Local Cuisine from Kyushu. It's marinated in sesame sauce and is very delicious. It seems like it would be delicious with fish other than amberjack, so I'll try making it at home next time. I was most looking forward to the charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef chunks - Ayers Rock style. I was expecting a dynamic dish, but when I ate it with the sweet sauce, I could really taste the delicate flavor of the Japanese beef, and we both finished it in one go. →The chunk of meat was delicious, so we ordered roast beef, which was delicious of course! The seared fresh fish with ponzu sauce was so full of seasoning that I thought it was a salad. The mountain of seasonings had amberjack and salmon layered on top of each other, and I thought it was just one type of fish, so I felt like I got a bargain. Now that I know this restaurant is good, I also ordered grilled ice-temperature aged shorthorn beef. Then I ordered raw horse meat (it's amazing that they serve raw meat), and a tempura platter. The tempura was lightly battered and crispy. I didn't post it, but I also had quail acorns x2. I was also happy with the thoughtfulness of the staff, and it was delicious and I had a great time. Thank you very much!
