旦那さんとはよくデートするけどこの日はお台場に。
夜のお店はこちらをセレクト。
テラス席がお洒落なお店です。
隣接している和食屋さん｢もみじ屋｣さんのメニューからも選べるとか。
テラスは洋風でお洒落、店内は和風な雰囲気です。
(テラスが素敵なのでSNS用にテラスでお洒落な写真撮りたいです、と我儘言ったら快く快諾して下さいました。なので初めてお顔載せます。ありがとうございました。)
お通しが美味しいお店ってお料理も期待、大。
岩海苔と春菊のサラダは運ばれて来た時から磯の良い香りが。
ビタミン、ミネラルたっぷりだからこれ、料理名｢ビューティーサラダ｣でも良いのでは無いでしょうか。
おすすめ料理の胡麻カンパチは九州の郷土料理なんだそう。
ゴマダレに漬け込んであってとっても美味しいです。
カンパチ以外のお魚でしても美味しそうだから
今度お家でも真似して作ってみようと思います。
和牛塊肉の炭火焼き～エアーズロックスタイル～
は1番期待してました。
ダイナミックなお料理をイメージしてたけど
甘口ソースと一緒に食べると和牛の繊細な旨味がしっかり感じれて2人でペロリ。
→塊肉が美味しかったからローストビーフも追加しました、勿論美味しい！
鮮魚の炙り薬味ポン酢は薬味たっぷりでもうサラダなのかと思いました。
山盛り薬味の中にはカンパチとサーモンが交互に重なってて
てっきり一種類のお魚使用だと思ってた私は得した気分になりました。
ここまででこのお店が美味しい事分かったので
氷温熟成短角牛のグリルもオーダー。
そして生馬肉(生を扱ってるの凄い)、天ぷら盛り合わせ。
天ぷらは薄目の衣でサクサク。
載せてないけどうずらどんぐりは×2頂きました。
スタッフさんの心配りも嬉しかったし、
美味しくて楽しい時間を過ごせました。
