The cutlet comes rare and is grilled to your liking on a griddle.There are a lot of ingredients to make it taste different.Sauce, Japanese pepper salt, wasabi soy sauce, grated ponzu sauce, curry.It doesn't taste like beef, so I'm thankful that there are a lot of ingredients to make it taste different.The fillet too. The sirloin doesn't taste like beef either.Sirloin at this price is probably not good meat, so it can't be helped.The curry that comes with it was recommended to be poured over rice, but it's a Japanese-style soup stock, so it's like Curry Udon soup. Being able to change the flavor and grilling the meat on an iron plate was entertaining, and that was the only good thing about it.
