Food ``Kamiyu soup'' with clear umami flavor
The ``Shantang'' soup, which is essential as a base to bring out the ingredients, is made using a recipe created by our head chef, who continues to pursue traditional Chinese cuisine. By using large amounts of pork and whole chicken, we have created a rich, rich flavor, and we have thoroughly removed the bitterness to create a flavor that is not cloudy. By adding soup from Kinka ham, one of the world's top three hams, to the finished soup, we further enhance the flavor and create the finest hot spring water.
Food "XO sauce" that further enhances the taste of dishes
The head chef is also particular about the "XO sauce" used as an accent to the dishes. By using plenty of Kinka ham and using as few other ingredients as possible, we bring out the original aromatic taste of Kinka ham.
