こんなときの不急な外出は避けようと雨が上がるのを待っていたら14:00過ぎになってしまいましたので、有明ガーデンで遅くなってしまったランチをいただくことにいたします
お邪魔したのは『成都 陳麻婆豆腐』
店名の通り四川麻婆豆腐を看板メニューとするお店でありまして…
〝1862年に創業した「陳興盛飯舗」にルーツを持つ麻婆豆腐発祥の店「陳麻婆豆腐」の日本支店〟であるとのこと
どんな麻婆豆腐がいただけるのかと楽しみであります
激辛を表す唐辛子マークが3本付けられた「陳麻婆豆腐」は、辛さを増すことには対応することができるけれども控えることはできないと、辛さに対するこだわりがあるようで…
提供していただいた時から山椒の香りが漂っていますし、どんぶりには真っ赤な辣油が溜まっていることから五感で辛さを感じることができるものでありました
しっかりと煮込まれていることで強い辣の辛みに加えて旨みやコクを味わうことができますし、ニラやネギ、さらに葉ニンニクの風味もあって“ホンモノ”であることを感じさせてくれます
辛みを和らげるようにと大根の甘酢漬けが添えられていることもうれしいですね
