食べ放題の種類はなんと50種類以上で、全てQRコードを読み取ってご自身のスマホからオーダーするタイプ。
メニューは握りだけでなく、手巻き寿司や一品料理も用意されているので、お酒が好きな方にも嬉しい配慮。
数ある中で特に印象に残った6品を挙げると、まずは1度きりしか注文できない本まぐろ大トロと国産牛のリブロース。
大トロは食べ放題とは思えないクオリティの高さで、脂身の甘みも濃厚。
リブロースは目の前で炙ってもらえるのだが、とても大判なもので、食べ応え抜群。
そして食べ放題の握りからうなぎと炙り中トロ。
うなぎはかなり肉厚で大きいネタで、大将もかなり自信のある一貫とのこと。
思わず2回おかわりしてしまった。
炙り中トロは数量限定のもので、脂身が全面に出てきた濃厚な味わいが印象的。わさびともよく合う。
そして一品料理のカキフライと板前海鮮サラダ。
カキフライはアツアツの揚げたてで、食べ放題のクオリティとは思えない身の大きさ。
板前海鮮サラダは人気メニューだそうで、イカやサーモン、えび、ネギトロ、カニ、いくら、とびっこなどなど、たくさんの海鮮がのった贅沢なサラダ。
特製のオニオンドレッシングもとても良く合う。
また好印象だったのは、とにかく注文から提供までの時間が早かったこと。
食べ放題だと注文から時間がかかるなんてことはよくある話だが、ここは決してそんなことはなく、むしろ早すぎるくらいのスピード感だった。
結局70分で27貫頂くことができた。
質も高く、またスピード感のある提供だったので、とても満足のいく食べ放題だった。
【まとめ】
新宿や銀座、赤坂など、都内を中心に10店舗を展開する寿司チェーン店の「板前寿司」さん。
回らない寿司屋であり、こだわりの品質の寿司をリーズナブルにいただけるということで、若い世代を中心に人気となっている。
そんな板前寿司さんのアクアシティお台場店が2022年4月にオープンしたので、お伺いした。
こちらのお店の特徴は、板前寿司さんの中で唯一の食べ放題実施店で、オープン前から話題となっていた。
この日は平日の夜6部20:30〜の回で訪問し、店内は3組ほど。
お台場という土地柄か、平日はそれほど混み合わない様子だが、休日は間違いなく混み合うことが予想される。
ただここの食べ放題のいいところは予約ができる点。
是非予約をして訪問してほしい。
味はもちろんだが、スタッフの皆様がとても明るい方ばかりで、こちらまで自然と明るくなれる、雰囲気の良さもとても印象的だった。
家族はもちろん、カップルやお一人での訪問もしやすいと感じた。
