あっという間に朝晩が寒くなってきました
そうなると温かい料理とお酒を求め彷徨う日が
続きますね
お台場での仕事の後
そのまま食事をして帰ることになり
早速お店を検索
あったかいもの縛りで
デックスにあるこちらのお店がヒット
予約を入れ早速お伺いしてみます
こちらの『吟半』さん
テラス席もあるんですね
温かい時期はテラスでも良さそうですね
まずは飲み物から
外は寒いですが温かい室内に入れば
安定の『とりあえず生』からスタートです
ビールはアサヒのエクストラコールド
キンキンに冷えてて辛口ビール
食事はアラカルトで色々オーダーしていきます
主な感想です
◇和牛ユッケ 2,200円
あったら頼んでしまう初っ端に欲しくなるおつまみ
葱にごま油で味付けられたユッケ
卵黄でよりねっとりしたものになっていきます
◇鶏刺し 自家製甘口醤油 1,800円
砂肝、もも、むね、ささみの4種類が供されます
見た目もよく鮮度の高さが伺えます
九州にあるような甘口醤油とわさびや柚子胡椒が
またよく合いますね
お酒がよく進みます
◇ごまブリ 880円
ブリの刺身にごまだれがかかっているもの
濃厚なごまだれと脂の乗ってブリ
たまりませんね
◇吟半サラダ 890円
スモークベーコンがふんだんにのってる
肉肉しいサラダ
これはもうビールがよく合います
◇しゃぶしゃぶセットB 4,980円
すき焼きも美味しそうでしたが

○黒毛和牛 上ロース

海老のすり身や
お野菜も
白菜、各種キノコ類、豆苗、白ネギ、豆腐などなど
タレはポン酢とゴマだれ
早速黒豚からしゃぶしゃぶしていきます
黒豚は濃厚なゴマだれで
黒毛和牛はあっさりポン酢で
どちらも軽く火を通していただくとお肉と旨みと
それぞれのタレがベストマッチ
これは箸が止まりませんww
お肉が無くなる前に野菜もいっときましょう
キノコ好きなのでこれだけ多く入ってると
それだけでもう満足度高めですww
あっという間に食べ尽くしてしまいました
◇抹茶ティラミス 920円
升に入っているティラミス
下地が抹茶のスポンジです
これは嬉しい
何せコーヒーダメなのでww
濃厚でクリーミーで最高です
次回はすき焼き食べてみたいですね
