Food Enjoy Kagoshima brand pork "Rokukokubuta" with shabu shabu.
At our restaurant, we serve Kagoshima Prefecture's famous brand pork, ``Rokukokubuta'', in the finest shabu shabu. The muscle fibers of the meat are thin, making it crunchy and tender when eaten. It has high water retention, firm flesh, and low water content in adipose tissue. It is rich in flavor components such as neutral sugar and amino acid content. Because the melting temperature of the fat is high, it is not sticky and has a refreshing taste. There is no "smell" characteristic of pork. Please enjoy it.
