子供たちを連れて友人とお台場まで訪問しました！
科学館やジョイポリスなど遊びつくして、駐車場入り口の近くの1階の路面にある吟半さんにチェックイン！
17時のオープン時間に訪問したので2組目のご案内、掘りごたつ式の個室で綺麗な内装でよかったです！
【贅沢すき焼きコース】
▶先付2種
ほうれん草の白和え、和牛の野菜巻きでした！
白和えはさっぱり、和牛はしっとり噛み応えもあり、貝割れ大根の辛味が大人な味付けでよかったです！
▶自家製茶碗蒸し
蛤と鶏出汁の茶碗蒸しでした！
出汁がしっかり効きつつ卵の甘みもあり、小ぶりないくらのような魚卵の塩気とも合ってました！
中には椎茸、小海老、蒲鉾が入ってました！
▶魚料理
フルーツトマトと鰤のカルパッチョ仕立てでした！
和テイストな中でイタリアンな味付けは嬉しいですね！
トマトベースのスッキリした酸味がいいですね！
鰤は肉厚で臭みもなく、軽く湯引きされてしっとりした食感も良かったです！
▶肉刺し（ユッケ）
単品でも頼もうと思ってましたがコースに入っていて嬉しい！
お肉がしっとりしていて噛みしめるほどに和牛の旨味が溢れます！
ネギは辛味控えめで細かく刻まれているのでとても食感が良く、卵黄とユッケたれの甘味が全体をまろやかに包んでいて美味すぎました！！
▶すき焼き
刺しがきれいに入ったお肉～！！
盛り付けもすごくきれいで上がりますね～！
和牛のロースだそうですがかなり脂がきめ細かく入っているのでめっちゃ柔らかくサーロインにも匹敵するほどの美味しさでした！！
お野菜は白菜、椎茸、エリンギ、春菊、葛切、焼き豆腐などが
山盛りでかなり満足度も高いです！
割下はすこしさっぱりめかな？野菜の水分も出るので結構煮込んでもいいかもしれないです！
後半のお肉タイム！
割下を煮詰めつつ焼きすきスタイルでいただくと最高に美味しく、お腹も膨れてきてましたがそれでも美味しかったので本物です！
▶〆のきしめん
こちらも結構ボリューミーでした！
きしめんは詳しくないですがもう少し茹で加減浅くてもよさそうですかね！
▶抹茶わらび餅
弾力の強いわらび餅で抹茶のビターな苦味と風味がすごくよく、黒蜜もすっきりめな甘さで上品な締めでした！
店員さんの対応もよくテンポよくご提供もいただけてノンストレス！
店長さんっぽい男性の方や女性スタッフも丁寧な対応で、中国語や英語が聞こえてきていたので接客難しそうでしたがすごいなーと！
18:00くらいには結構活気もありかなり人気店だなと感じました！
