お台場にドライブへ行った帰り、ご飯を食べて帰ろうとあったかい系(鍋やしゃぶしゃぶ)を検索したところヒットしたのがこちら。
お台場デックスの一階にあります。できたばかりなのかな？店内はとても綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
今回は個室でいただきます。

このコースが一番人気と店員さんにおすすめされてこちらを注文しました。
上品な先付け、
その後にでてきた自家製の茶碗蒸しも優しく整ったお味です。
フルーツトマトと鰤のカルパッチョは意外な組み合わせだなと思いましたが、合うんですね。
トマトの酸味がありつつも甘いソースとまろやかな鰤がマッチしています。
ユッケはモクモク煙が出てくる演出。卵黄と混ぜ混ぜしていただきました。これはお酒が進みます。
そしてメインはしゃぶしゃぶ！
国産牛特上ロースと鹿児島産六白黒豚が美しく盛られています。ぐつぐつ煮立ったお出汁にさっとくぐらせていただきます。口の中でふわっととろけるお肉は決して重くなく、脂部分も甘い！
上質なお肉は脂身すら美味しいです。
牛肉、豚肉どちらも楽しめて、満足度MAX！！
お野菜もたくさん摂取できて体にも優しい夜ご飯です。
シメはきしめん！
こしのあるもちっとしたうどんと優しいお出汁。
