Our founder trained at a famous restaurant and has made "authentic Sanuki udon" through trial and error. The noodles are made from a blend of several types of wheat, and are characterized by their chewy texture and thin, smooth texture. They are delicious no matter how you eat them. You can enjoy them "hot," by warming the udon noodles after soaking them in cold water and pouring hot broth over them, or "hiyahiya," by pouring cold broth over them.
