This is a Sushi Sushi where the chef makes sushi for you, and they also offer takeaway! This Sushi is located on the third floor of LaLaport Toyosu, and is so popular that there is a waiting time at dinner time! In addition to the sushi menu, they also have a lot of side dishes. I arrived just after 7pm on a Saturday, and several people were already waiting, but I was shown inside in about 15 minutes! I ordered Sushi set. The rice was very generous and voluminous, and the toppings were very delicate and I got the impression that they had been carefully cut with a knife. I also ordered the spring Tempura platter, which I forgot to take a photo of. It felt very oily, perhaps because the restaurant was about to close. It was a bit disappointing that the oil was of poor quality, as it contained a lot of seasonal wild vegetables such as butterbur and bamboo shoots.

However, as someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I can't help but order the main course, and evaluate it based on that and the attitude of the staff. Also, since it's not Conveyor belt sushi, I wonder if I'm expecting too much? This was my second time using it. ・The rice is big, but the shapes are all different... It can't be helped because it's not made by machine, but even so... I can't help but look at it. ・The chef at the counter asks "What would you like to order?", but after we ordered one thing, he didn't remember it, so he called the waiter. Not only us, but the other people at the counter didn't order either, and everyone else had their orders taken, but in the end the waiter came and had to type in the order again... I'm glad they were considerate, but I thought it was just a double effort...
