久しぶりの豊洲で１２時をまわり、どこか美味しいお店ないかなとウロウロしていると、そういえば過去に行ったお店で美味しかったことを思い出し、交差点のビル４階にある「いっき」という居酒屋があったなと思って訪問しました。
近くに上場企業が点在しているためか、サラリーマンがやってくる居酒屋で、とても大人気だということが今でも感じ取れました。エレベーターを見ると、有名人の方が手書きで感謝の寄せ書きをしている演劇のポスターがあって、とてもすごいなと感じました（松本幸四郎さんのサインはないのですが他の方はみんな書いているみたいです）
中身はいるとほぼ男性が座っていて、数名が室内でタバコをプカプカ吸っていて、昭和の居酒屋を思い出すような風景です。それでも味は濃い口で、かつどれもボリュームがあって人を何度も通わせるような居酒屋なのです。
今回は大人気の「スタミナ焼き定食」をオーダー。よく焼けた鉄板に、にんにくの効いた甘辛いタレがかけてあってジュージューと泡が立つほどに煙が立っています。そこに生卵が乗っていてそれをよくかき混ぜるとミディアムレアな卵焼きができる定食です。
にんにくの効いた甘辛いタレは味が非常に濃くてご飯が進むのですが、そこに生卵が入るので味がクリーミーで且つ濃い味付けが中和されます。味が濃くバラ肉もよく合う。ご飯も大盛りでよく進みます。昔と変わらない美味しさでした。ごちそうさまでした。
