寿司大に３時間並んで極上すしを4000円で食べるのもいいが、ゆっくり食べれてコスパが良いのも良いかな。
味噌汁はえびの頭の味噌汁でした。
初めて築地に行った時に、伺ったお店。
最近寿司に凝りだした為、煮切り醤油用の刷毛と寿司台を求めて豊洲に来てみました。
築地に比べて観光客の数が少ないせいか、なんだか皆さん親切に対応してくれます。
