初めて豊洲市場に来ました！
たくさんお店があるので、どこに入ろうか、
悩みましたが、今日はこちらのお店に決定！
時間が13時30近くだったので、
閉店しているお店も多かったですが、
こちらは、15時まで！やっているそうで、
非常に助かります。
あと、他のお店にくらべ、ゆっくり食事ができそうなイメージがあったので、ここにしました。
特上にぎりセット¥4200(のどくろ一貫サービス)
瓶ビール¥720
・雲丹が臭みがなくて磯の香りが！とろーっととろけます。
・いくらは、ひと粒が大きい！プチプチはじける！
・煮穴子は、ふわふわで、甘いタレが最高に美味しい！
・海老は、分厚くて食べ応えありで甘い！
・サービスののどくろは、炙ってあって、香ばしくなかは柔らかーい。美味しかったです。
・秋刀魚は、旬なので甘くて柔らかくて口の中で溶けました。
・大トロ、中トロはもう言うまでもなくとろけます。
大トロはだいぶ脂多めな位、ガッツリ大トロでした。
・赤貝は、柔らかいなかにコリコリっとしていて美味しい
・真鯛は表面をサッと炙ってありました！
・ハタはクセがなく上品な高級魚
・巻物
お椀は海老の頭が入っていて、お味噌は薄味ですが出汁の味がしっかりで絶品でした！
そして、昼から大好きなお寿司と共に、ビール飲めるって幸せすぎる♡
