【感想】
豊洲周辺で朝活をすることになり鮮魚が朝から食べられる磯寿司さんに訪問。
どのネタもサイズが大ぶりで口いっぱいに頬張ることができるので幸せでした。
特に印象に残ったものをピックアップ★
★ 大トロ
お寿司の中でもキングと言っていい程脂が乗って美味しいネタです。脂の融点が低い為口に入れた瞬間に脂が溶け出して口の中に旨味が広がります。噛むたび旨味も増していきました。鮮魚ならではの旨味たっぷりでした。
★ うに軍艦
うにがたっぷり盛り付けられています。新鮮なだけあって全く臭くなく、なんなら甘いと感じるくらい美味しかったです。流石の鮮度。
一つ一つの握りに拘りを感じられて幸せでした。セットの味噌汁もお魚の出汁がしっかり取れていて朝から沁みました。
