ラビスタに宿泊して、朝は市場でお寿司食べたいなぁと思い8時ごろお出掛け。
飲食店エリアは行列などなくどのお店もすんなり入れる状態で、色んなお店のメニューをじっくり見ながら決める事が出来ました。
磯寿司さんはにぎりセットの種類が多く、自分の好きなネタが多く入っていたので決めました！
※苦手なネタは交換もしてもらえるようです！
カウンター席に案内していただき、海老の頭が入ったお味噌汁とお茶をいただいているとすぐにお寿司が出てきました！
目の前で板前さんが握っている様子を見るのは楽しいですね♪
特上にぎりセット4400円を注文！
特に鯛の炙りといくらが美味しかったです
ウニが苦手でしたが、磯寿司さんのは苦味や臭みが一切なく、ふわふわでとろける食感に甘みがあって、トラウマになった苦くて臭いウニとは比べ物になりませんでした‼️
他にも単品でノドグロもあって頼みたかったですが、お腹いっぱいで食べられない…
次回行く時はもう少し量の少ないセットに単品で好きなお寿司頼んでみたいと思います！
板前さんも配膳の方もとても親切で、赤貝食べた事ないと話したら、ネタ変えましょうか？と気遣いいただきました。今が旬ということを教えていただき赤貝に初挑戦！とてもおいしかったです！
食べ終わった後もどうでした？？と気に掛けてくださり嬉しい気持ちになりました☺️
