I arrived at Toyosu Market just after 8 a.m., and there were long lines at the two famous Sushi restaurants, so I was looking for another one, and I found Iso Sushi, which was right next door and looked like it was a good value for money. I found it and waited for about 10 minutes before being seated. I wanted to eat sea urchin and salmon roe, so I ordered the upper nigiri set (3,300 yen), and because it was a counter with vivid handwork, it was served one after another in front of me. The atmosphere of the shop is bright and you can feel comfortable entering the shop. The taste was just as good, and I thought it was a little-known restaurant.
