【子連可】さすが石川亭はボリュームたっぷり
ビストロ石川亭の新店が豊洲にOPENしたので、
早速ランチタイムに行ってみました。
神田の本店、錦町、コレド室町、恵比寿ガーデンプレースに続く開業になります。
12:30頃にお店の到着すると行列ができていました。
近所に住んでいる子供連れや、近くに勤務している方が来ているのでしょう。
約20分ほどで入店することができました。
ランチメニューは1250円。
前菜とメインをそれぞれ選択します。
今回は以下の2つを選択しました。
・ボイル海老と帆立のタルタル
・牛・豚・キャベツのハンバーグ デミグラスソース
前菜のボイル海老と帆立のタルタルはすぐに出来上がりました。
ビストロ石川亭らしくボリュームたっぷり。
しかし、帆立は貝柱が少なく他の部位もたっぷり入りあまり好きになれたかったことと、
ドレッシングが水っぽいことが気になりました。
そしてしばらくして、牛・豚・キャベツのハンバーグ デミグラスソースの出来上がり。
想定よりも大きいのに驚き。
肉は細かく挽かれて肉肉しい食感のないタイプ。
ところどころにぶつ切りのキャベツが入っていました。
味はまあまあでした。
安価なのはよかったのですが、ちょっと大味なのが気になりました。
といいつつビストロ石川亭はこのボリュームがウリなのでしょうね。
大食いの方は是非行ってみてください。

豊洲フォレシアというビルの１ｆにあるお店です。もともとは神田にあったお店が幾つか支店を出すようになりました。
ランチは前菜・メインからひとつずつ選びます。
まずはコーンスープです。
メインは厚切り豚ロースのグリエ、粒マスタードのソースです。
しっかりと中まで火が通っていますが、
固くなく、柔らかめで結構美味しいと思いました。
食後にコーヒーをいただきました。
以前は、量だけ多くて肉質がイマイチではっきり言って美味しいとは言い難い感じだったのですが、
今回は量は控えめになって、質が上がっているように思いました。
価格はかなりお得な設定です。
これならまた訪れたいと思います。
