いや〜贅沢してしまいました。
人事異動で転出する部下とのランチも兼ねて、これまで気になりながらも足を運んでいなかったこちらへ。
11時に乗り込むと、まだお客さんはチラホラですぐに入れました。
ということで私は特上リブロースカツ定食、同行者が特上ヒレカツ定食。揚げるのに時間がかかります〜ってことで10分は待ったでしょうか、ついにお目見え。
気合い入れて一口目…音にするとサフっと柔らかい肉が力不要で噛み切れちゃうのよねー。岩塩でいただきましたがこれも合う！
おかわりするつもりのなかったごはんと千切りキャベツ、おかわりしてもうた〜。
文句なしのカツ！値段も張るので時々しか来れないけど、次はヒレだ！
