昔、ロボット寿司屋だったところに、
数年前に「 築地 銀一丁 豊洲店」がオープン。
自分の中ではケッコー美味しいと思っている
回転寿司屋さんです。
ちよだ鮨系列みたいです。
ランチタイムより少し前だったので、
テーブル席に座れました。
まずはフェアの確認をします。
今は「冬の味覚」フェアで、金目鯛、しまあじ、ばい貝
などなど、好きなものばかりです。
大好きなあら汁を頼んだ後、
まずはフェアのお寿司をタブレットでオーダー。
オーダーしたものは、電車に乗って、ガーッと
素早く運ばれてきます。
今の時代には合っているシステムですね。
あら汁はあっさりして、澄んだ汁です。
美味しい。
お寿司たちは全部新鮮で、シャリとのバランスも
よいです。美味しい、美味しい。
久しぶりだったので、いつもより食べました。
個人的には、七味とお塩がおいてあるといいなぁと
思いました。
つぶ貝などお塩で食べると美味しいので、
欲しい人多いと思います。
