仕事終わりにちょいと寿司をつまみたくなり訪問。一般的な回転寿司ながら、どことなく上品な雰囲気の店内。回転ではあるが基本は卓上のタッチパネルで注文するスタイル。
まずは"エビ"と"イカ"から。イカはヤリイカ、スルメ、アオリと三種のラインナップからヤリイカを。ほどなく上段のレーンで到着。エビはパックのバナメイ寿司エビで風味の薄い物。ヤリイカはこれも恐らくは寿司ダネパック製品とおぼしき物たが、スナックのような不思議な旨味が感じられる。イカの風味とは別物ながらクセになりそうな味わい。
春のオススメメニューには"アオヤギ""菜の花""煮ハマグリ"などがあり、回転寿司としてはいずれもまずまず旨い。
また、シャリロボ的なシャリではあるが回転寿司なので想定内。甘エビは型悪くないものの若干のクセあり。一見ロシアの冷甘っぽいが、もしかすると酸
化防止剤添加か？型良いだけにもったいない。鉄火巻の鉄芯もマグロの風味薄く、やや血の臭いの感じられる硬い物であった。他、赤貝ヒモも明らかにドス黒い鮮度感のないものながら、回転寿司のグランドメニューにヒモがある心意気がよいかと。
トータルで見ればそこそこリーズナブルで、季節ごとのオススメメニューがあったりと、普段使いには良い回転寿司屋さんかと感じられた。
