豊洲のららぽーとにあるこちらのお店。
今回はランチで訪問。
注文したのは「豚の山椒焼き定食」。
注文からあまり待つ事無く到着！
食べてみると、、美味しい。
意外と皿とかにも拘ってそうでした。
料理よりも気になったのは、、、
店員さんの動き。
恐らく酒場で経験豊富な店員さんなのでしょう。
１人１人の動きがとにかくキビン！
お冷も減ったらすぐに追加してくれる。
ランチ時は、、、、「あの席空いてるじゃん！」と謎に待たされることや、
「あの席バッシングすればすぐに入れるでしょ！」と思う事も多々ありますが、、、
ここのお店は、そんな心配はご無用。
飲食店は本来、稼働率が生命線ですもんね。
酒場だけに回転率の重要性をよく理解してるスタッフさんばかりなので、安定してるように感じました。
この店は、味も良いし接客も安定してるから夜も是非利用してみたい。
