豊洲ららぽーとの1階にあるオシャレカフェに先日お伺いしました✨
店内は天井も高く開放的で思わず長居してしまいそうな過ごしやすい雰囲気です☺️
この日はブランチメニューの時間帯だったため、ブランチメニューの中からフラメンカエッグをオーダー✨フラメンカエッグとは、スペインアンダルシアの料理で、色とりどりの野菜をトマトソースに入れ、半熟卵と混ぜて食べる料理です！
トマトソースの中にはナス、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、クミン、チョリソーと半熟卵が入っており、ジューシーで濃厚な味わいが最高でした
上に盛られたコリアンダーがアクセントになり、一緒に付いてくるカンパーニュトーストと一緒に食べても美味しいです！
ドリンクもセットで付いているのですが、コーヒーの他に、オシャレなアイスティーやエルダーフラワーアイスティー、レモネードやキウイレモネードといった珍しいオシャレドリンクから選べます☺️朝から優雅に過ごせて良い空間でした✨
