豊洲、再開発された新しい街。
高度化された都市計画により、車道と歩道はとても広く、建物の前には緑が配された空地が確保されている。
なるほど。
少し寒さを感じるものの、折角なので広い歩道に面したテラス席で食事を頂く。
店内が透けるガラス張りの外壁に賑やかにSAIGONのサインが光り、歩道の街路樹が車道の騒音を和らげる。いいね。
料理はどれもベトナム料理をモダンにアレンジした感じで美味。
ベトナム料理が好きな自分にはもう少しポさを残しても良いように感じた。
ベトナムビールを飲み比べ、最後は赤ワインで寛ぐ。
