An Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Toyosu. A charcoal-grilled set meal is served for lunch. This is where there used to be Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant. Visited on weekday afternoons at 12:00, the store was empty. I ordered the miso-marinated pork loin charcoal-grilled set meal for 1,200 yen (advance order required). Wait about 7-8 minutes. Set meals provided. Miso marinated pork loin is sliced. It was grilled fragrantly and the pork itself was soft. I think it's delicious. The miso soup has an instant feel and has almost no toppings. Other than that, the side dishes were poor, with a few pickled vegetables and green vegetables. The flavor of the rice is normal, but it's not cooked well at all, and it's lumpy and painful. Why can't I cook it properly? Pork is so delicious that I can barely eat it... I couldn't finish it. By the way, it seems like it can be replaced. I think the charcoal grill itself is delicious.
