I went to Toyosu for work, so I stopped by for lunch alone. It is located in a building called Toyosu Forestia near LaLaport. It's not crowded even during lunch hours, so I recommend it. I had Pad Thai as part of my lunch set. I really like Pad Thai. The set comes with salad, drink, and soup. The soup came in a miso soup bowl, so at first I thought it was also miso soup. The Pad Thai is huge and very satisfying! There was about twice the amount as in a small shop.
