「銀座 八五」手掛ける店主がラーメンの原点として作り上げた勝本待望の2号店。
煮干し、鶏の旨味を丁寧に引き出したコクが後引くスープが特徴です。日ごとに変化する気温や湿度などの状況を見て職人が調整し作り上げています。麺は老舗製麺所「浅草開化楼」特製のプリっと弾力のある中細麺を使用。脇役のない一杯をお楽しみください。
