平日ランチ＋アフタヌーンティー、シャンパン付きで5500円。
ランチはオードブル、前菜、パン、メイン、デザート(アフタヌーンティー)のコース。
オードブルは酸味、旨味、苦味、甘味、塩味を楽しめる5食パレットでこだわりがとても感じられ、一つ一つを楽しめます。
そしてどれも美味しい！
前菜はタイのカルパッチョにご飯、トマトソルベ、ソースが盛り付けられてて混ぜ合わせて食べるのがとても美味しい。
パンも2種類あって、あたたくてほかほか。
選べるメインは本日の魚とお肉を一つずつ頼んでシェア。
魚はタイのポワレで皮がパリパリに仕上げられ、ソースも絶品。
でもそれより感動したのはお肉！
鶏むねでフォアグラを巻いたものでしたが、鶏むねと思えないしっとり柔らかいお肉。
ソースは野菜の甘味が凝縮されててこれは感動しました。
これだけでも結構お腹いっぱいだったけど、アフタヌーンティーもちゃんと量あります！
今回はピスタチオといちごがテーマ。
勿論どれも美味しかったんだけど、料理が美味しかっただけに、感動が一番少なかったかも。そしてスイーツはちょっとどれも甘すぎる気がしてしまった。
一つ一つ丁寧に作られてたけど、どれも結構甘めだったからもう少し甘さにバランスが加わると満足度アップだったな〜。
紅茶は種類が10種類ぐらいあります。
おかわりは自由じゃないけどポッドに沢山量入ってるので十分な量！
今回は季節限定のチョコ風味とストロベリー風味に。
紅茶はどちらもとても美味しくて大満足です！
トータル大満足なアフタヌーンティーランチでした！
