赤羽橋駅徒歩5分、東京タワーの麓に位置する【東京 芝 とうふ屋うかい】さんに再訪しました。
鉄板焼きなどを筆頭に有名なご存知「うかい」グループの懐石料理店。
一歩門をくぐれば東京のど真ん中とは思えない優雅な和庭園と情緒溢れる日本文化を感じる空間が広がります。
おもてなしの心を随所に感じる素晴らしいホスピタリティとともに店名にもある“豆腐”を主とした懐石料理を堪能出来ます。
今回はコースの『花』

こちらをいただきました。
自家製の豆腐をメインとした懐石コース。
名物でもある揚げ田楽や豆乳出汁を合わせた「豆水とうふ」、お出汁にとろろ昆布を合わせた「翁とうふ」はどれも秀逸な美味しさ。
優雅な庭園を眺めながらのお食事は大変に格別でした。

1964年12月、八王子にて創業された「うかい」グループの豆腐懐石料理になります。
こちらの店舗は2005年9月にオープン。
東京タワーの麓、都心のど真ん中とは思えない2000坪を超える優雅な和庭園と数寄屋造りの情緒溢れる空間が広がります。
全室完全個室、500席以上のキャパシティというのも圧巻です。
同敷地内にはウェイティングバーやお食事後の歓談の場としてご利用できる「吉祥庵」も。
今回は家族のハレの日にて利用させていただきました。

名物でもあり自家製の「揚げ田楽」やとろろ昆布を合わせた「翁とうふ」はお店を代表するシグニチャーなメニューだけあり秀逸。
豆腐の魅力と奥深さを再認識させてくれます。
また、アラカルトでお願いした「特選和牛ヒレの炭火焼き」もしっとりと柔らかく大変美味でした。
そしてなにより、「おもてなしの心」随所に感じる素晴らしいホスピタリティと最高のロケーション。
この二つが更にお食事を引き立ててくれてるようで、大変思い出深いひと時を過ごすことが出来ました！
