先日、相方からのサプライズ予約で行ってきました。こちらの直ぐ近くに以前住んでいたのですが、その時はここにお店があるなどと思いもしなかったというぐらい、看板も出てないし、小さな雑居ビルの空中階だし、かなりのお忍び感の要素満点のお店です。
店内にエレベーターで上がると、これまた決して広いわけではないですが、薄暗い照明の先には大きな窓。そしてそこから見える東京タワー。店名がタワシタもいうだけあり、まさに東京タワーの真下にあり眺めは最高！ここを予約する時には3組限定の窓際席をチョイスするべし。
料理はフレンチがベースにはなってますが、創作フレンチというところでしょうか。ペアリングでワインをオーダーしましたが、ソムリエさんご自慢のワインを料理に合わせて出してもらえ、この日はオーストリアのソービニオンブランが香り高く料理とも完璧にマリアージュしてて最高でした。ワインに限らず、日本酒もペアリングしてもらえ、飲んべえには嬉しい限りです。
どの料理もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったですが、最後のデザートは圧巻です。締めにこれ出されたときには、良い思い出だけが記憶に残りまた来たいって思いますよね！
