Exactly one month ago, I received a LINE message from Iwate, a friend from my school days who is good at reading the atmosphere and likes to liven up the atmosphere. Mr. Yamagata, who was the secretary-general of a club from the Hokushin area and was rumored to have a lot of serious and shy-looking people, was coming to Tokyo and asked if he could come that day. I called out to Yagawa-kun, who was living in the same dormitory as Yamagata-kun, who was going his own way. Iwate-kun invited the attentive K-ko, the tolerant U-ko, and the energetic junior Isawa-kun. The circle of group LINE is expanding rapidly. Yamagata-kun calls Harabetsu-kun, who is from the same hometown and is good at cooking. Harabetsu-kun calls in maniac Ogasa-kun, but it doesn't go well, so K-ko follows him. K-ko invited the honest M-e, and in the end, 10 people gathered together. Nishikawa-kun, a reliable person, and K-mi, a caring person, were unable to participate due to commitments on the day, but the group LINE ended up swelling to 12 people. Since Yamagata was returning to his hometown on the same day, Iwate chose this restaurant because he wanted a location close to Tokyo Station. Seafood Chinese restaurant was opened in 2008 by Mr. Lee, who was the deputy manager of the long-established Chinese restaurant. All the cooking staff are authentic Hong Kong chefs. Based on the concept of casually enjoying high-quality Chinese cuisine made with fresh Seafood, the restaurant strives to improve work efficiency and provide low-priced dishes made with the highest quality ingredients. When 10 people gather, it's easier to talk at a private round table, and Iwate-kun offers a three-and-a-half-hour all-you-can-drink course for 6,000 yen. The course here is: ・3 kinds of appetizers ・Stir-fried squid and broccoli ・Shark fin soup with crab meat ・Shrimp with mayonnaise sauce ・Braised pork ・2 types of Dim sum ・Gomoku fried rice ・Today's dessert It was authentic Chinese food and delicious. What was especially great was that (1) the beer was served in bottles, and (2) the food was served in small portions for each person from the beginning. The first toast is usually beer, but with draft beer it takes a long time to get all the drinks, but with bottled beer you can pour it yourself and prepare enough for the number of people in no time. After that, wine was served by the bottle. If the food is served on a large platter, it will be a hassle to serve it ourselves, and there will be some food left over. Customers can concentrate on what they're talking about, and the store can reduce the number of drinks served and the number of dishes to wash, so it's a win/win for customers and the store. Like many of us who had gathered for the first time in a while, we talked for three and a half hours. It is often said that the triplets have 100 souls, and it really reminded me of each of their personalities and quirks from their school days. This is a store that really shines when there are a lot of people. Maybe that's why I ended up drinking way too much lol
