PR for restaurants |
[Directly connected to Takeshiba Station] We are extremely particular about the ingredients we use... Pork and local chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture, and our pork cutlets bring out the flavor of the ingredients!
At Butasho Tonkatsu Hiranoya, we value safety, peace of mind, and health above all else. We carefully select our ingredients. We use our professional techniques to bring out the best flavor in our ing |
I went there for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of New Pier Takeshiba South Tower, about a 2-minute walk from Takeshiba Station on the Yurikamome Line. I entered the restaurant at 11:50. I think there are more than 60 seats at the tables. When I entered the restaurant, there was a sign in front of me that said "Only one person is working inside the restaurant." I think it would be difficult for one person to work in such a large restaurant. I was shown to a table for two and ordered the "Miyazaki Imo Pork Loin Cutlet Set" for 1,150 yen. On the table were tonkatsu sauce, pickles, ponzu, salt, and grain mustard. First, they brought me five-grain rice and ground sesame seeds in a rice container, and told me to grind the sesame seeds and add the tonkatsu sauce to them. The sesame seeds were ground before the tonkatsu was served. The "Miyazaki Imo Pork Loin Cutlet Set" was served about 7 minutes after I ordered. It seems that you can have more rice, cabbage, and miso soup. I immediately tried the Miyazaki Imo Pork Loin Cutlet with the sesame sauce. The batter on the cutlet was thin, so the meat had a nice texture and was delicious. It was a shame that the batter came off easily, but it was fried to the perfect degree. This was my first time eating Miyazaki Imo Pork, and it was delicious and not too strong. I ate the second slice with the salt on the table. It had a flavor like lard in the frying oil, and I could taste the umami of the cutlet. If the batter was thick, it would be too heavy, but this was just right. Next, I ate it with the grain mustard and tonkatsu sauce on the table. It was grain mustard, not mustard, so the spiciness was subdued and it was delicious. The miso soup was nameko mushrooms, tofu, and wakame seaweed. It was a miso similar to red miso, and it was delicious. The pickled cucumber was delicious, and I could eat several bowls of rice with this. Thank you for the meal.
