東京で高知を楽しめたらと、わらやき屋 龍馬の塔へ。
地方の両親を案内しました。お店は浜松町駅前、アクセス至便です
名物は800度から900度のとても強い藁の火力で焼き上げる「かつをの塩たたき」。
藁が燃えるときに出る煙や香りによって、独特の風味が生まれるのが特徴で、塩をさっとつけて味わうのが土佐流です。
目の前でガッと炙ってくれるかつおの塩たたきは必須。
わらやき屋さんはチェーンなので安定感があります。
テーブル席は雰囲気なる落ち着いた空間。
まずはの塩たたき。かつおの酸味に藁の燻香がフワッと香る。
塩で食べるとそれらをダイレクトな意感じられます。高知で食べて塩叩きハマりました。
日本酒は四万十川、司牡丹をいただきました。
あとはどろめ
高知の方言で「いわしの稚魚」のことです。高知ではポピュラーなおつまみ。
かすかな苦みが日本酒に合うのです。
川海老の唐揚げ
海老フライもバリバリ食べる派なので、川海老なんぞわけもなく。
香ばしさと身のプリッとさもあって美味!
青さのりの出汁巻き玉子
青さ海苔も高知の特産。香る海苔の風味が鰹の出汁と相乗効果。
他、はちきん地鶏もも肉~にんにく醤油、四万十ポーク~塩麹熟成
なども食べて高知を満喫。東京で気軽に高知を感じた夜でした。
