■鮮魚個室居酒屋 竹蔵 浜松町本店
大門交差点すぐ。鮮魚個室居酒屋 竹蔵 浜松町本店に行ってきました。
浜松町駅からも徒歩4分くらいです。
メニューを見た感じ、蕎麦居酒屋な感じですね。
お通しはしじみ汁。染みますねー。
一杯目は蕎麦焼酎のソーダ割りです。
無農薬にこだわった山椒ハイボールなんてのもありました。
■まぐろの出汁巻かれ豆腐
う巻きのように玉子でマグロが巻かれているのかと思いきや、マグロの出汁に玉子焼きが沈んでるなんて。
ちょっとこれは予想外でしたが出汁が美味しい。
■鴨煮込み豆腐
もつ煮込みならぬ鴨煮込み。
すき焼きっぽいのを想像してたんですが、塩モツ煮のモツを鴨に変えた感じですね。
サッパリ系の味で鴨の旨味と食感が良いです。
■天然鰤の刺身
厚く切られた鰤の刺身。
新鮮で食べ応えあります。
■蕎麦屋の鴨焼き
肉汁滴る鴨肉！薬味のネギと一緒にポン酢おろしでいただきます。
口の中に広がる旨味がたまらない。
蕎麦屋の鴨料理ってほんと美味しいですよね。鴨南蛮とか。
■天然鰤のしゃぶしゃぶ
こちらの鰤は刺身と違い薄く大きな切り方。
そのほかの具材は長ネギと山葵菜です。
軽くしゃぶしゃぶしてほんのりほんのり火が通った所でパクリ。
半生なところを薬味たっぷりのポン酢が良いですね。
2枚目からは葱や山葵菜を巻いてまたいただきます。
見た目はボリュームあるように見えますが、豆腐やしらたきなど嵩張る具材は無いので意外にお腹にたまらず、他の料理も食べられます。
■国産石臼挽き十割蕎麦
〆はやっぱりお蕎麦。国産蕎麦粉を使った十割蕎麦です。
もっちり歯応え、出汁も良いですね。
■海鮮丼
〆にもう一品、お米も食べたくて海鮮丼も
ここでも天然鰤と鯛ですかね。あととびっこも。
ご飯多めで結構ガッツリ系です。
