浜松町・大門にある「竹蔵」さんに伺いました。 仕事上がりに同僚と利用させていただきました。
浜松町駅も大門駅も近くて、利用しやすいですね。
入店すると屋号がどーんとお出迎え。
こちらは全席個室ですので、なにかと気にせずゆっくり過ごせます。
さてさて、まずはやっぱりビールから！
モルツで乾杯です！
お通し的に、しじみのお吸い物を出していただきました。
オルニチン効果で、安心してお酒を飲めそうです。
心遣いがうれしいです♪
お料理は「湯葉サラダ」からいただきました。
山盛りでびっくり！2人ならハーフサイズでも十分かもしれません！
ビールは早々飲み干して、角ハイボールへ♪
お刺身は豪華に「5点盛り」をいただきました。
この日は、かんぱち、ほうぼう、めばる、ぶり、まぐろでした。
鮮度がかなりよく、いい意味で期待を裏切られて感じ。
ほうぼう・めばるの歯ごたえ、ぶりの脂ののりが特に良かったですね〜。
「トロトロ角煮」はメニュー名に偽りなしのトロトロ感♪
角煮丼でも食べたくなりましたね〜。
「鶏煮込み豆腐」は気になったメニュー。
煮込みというのでこってりした作りかと想像したのですが、透明なスープ仕立て。
鶏の旨味と脂がしっかりとスープに溶け込んでいて、さっぱりしながらも濃厚な味わいで大変おいしかったです。お酒好きにピッタリの一品です。
お鍋が恋しい季節ですので、「鴨すき鍋」もいただきました。
「天然鰤のしゃぶしゃぶ」と迷ったのですが、鴨のお鍋のほうがより好きでして…。
鴨は身がしっかり締まって、歯ごたえも旨味も最高でした。
お酒はちょっと贅沢に「白州ハイボール」も。
白秋は香り豊かで、ハイボールにすると本当に美味しいですよね。
ハイボールのおともには「マグロ酒盗とアンチョビポテトフライ」「いぶりがっことクリームチーズ」「蕎麦屋の焼き鳥」を合わせました。
どの品も、お酒にぴったりなのは言うまでもないですね〜。
ポテトフライは熱々でサクッとした揚がり具合が素敵！
焼き鳥は、そばつゆのかえしで仕込んだタレを使ったという、正真正銘蕎麦屋の味。
また焼き鳥も身が締まっていて、とても美味しかったです。
締めは「国産石挽き十割蕎麦」。
十割ですが腰があり、つるっとなめらかなのどごしがいいですね。
香りもよく感じられ、非常に高レベルのお蕎麦と感じました。
いや〜、おいしかったな〜。
どのお料理も素材の良さに加えて、しっかりとした調理をしていただけているようで、非常に満足感の高いお店でした。
浜松町近辺にいるときにはまた伺いたいお店です。
