浜松町に新しくマグロ専門のお店ができていたので、いかせていただきました。こちらはどうやらワタミの新しいお店のようで、大手チェーンでもこのような専門店を出すのだなと思いました。
料理について
料理は基本マグロ中心のラインナップ今回は店員さんのおすすめのまぐろ断面刺身とまぐろ6点盛りを注文。更に厚揚げや卵焼きを注文。まぐろ断面刺身はすごい！マグロの皮までついた、イメージで言うと皮付きのサーモンの刺身バージョンのマグロといった感じです。(わかりにくくてすいません。)。またこのお店特有のマグロ6点盛り。ほほ肉と産地で6点盛りを作っています。名物の味は見た目のインパクトはあり、味はマグロで鮮度もいいので満足でした。しかし一番おいしかったのはいろいろな料理で使われているまぐろ節が個人的には一番おいしかったです。
メニューについて
まぐろ断面刺身は1890円が並で一番高いのが重めというランクで2290円今回は一番したなので何が違うのかわかりませんが、たぶん大きさだと思います。まぐろ6点盛りは2人前で1890円と少し高い気がしました。3名になるとプラス945円となるのでなかなかの値段だと思います。生ビールはプレミアムモルツで490円と通常の値段設定だと思いました。
お店について
お店は全部で145席あるらしく、2階席もありました。また40名様以上の宴会で解体ショー付きコースなるものもあるらしく一度やってみたいなと思いました。個室的なものは今回お伺いさせていただいた一階にはありませんでした。
いつか40名以上で解体ショーしたいなと思いました。
