金曜日の夜はこの店です。
鮪専門店は多くあるが、ここは 旨安！ 都内に３店舗 大阪に1店舗の小規模チェーン店の中の一店舗 ハイボール１９９円に惹かれて入店した。実は２回目なのだが、前回もこの時期(今回は創業９年目とのこと)
5時前というのに、ちらほら客がいる。
カウンターにすわり、メガハイを注文 そして、メニューには中落がある。レアなので、これも注文
★中落はマグロの中骨についている肉です。なかなか食べることができる店はありません。
中骨なので、赤身です。量がたっぷりあるので、いいつまみです。赤身なのですが、より骨に近
いからか濃厚な味わいです。これだけは本日限定でした… 本マグロです。 美味！！
【この店には本物のネギトロを使った料理もありました。】回転ずしやスーパー、そこらの寿司
屋で出しているネギトロはマグロのくず肉にラードやその他の油を混ぜたものです。体に良い
ものではありません。
他のレビューにも書きましたが、本物のネギトロは葱とトロを混ぜたものではなく、葱ははい
っていません。マグロの骨身からスープーンやハマグリの殻なので、骨に張り付いたマグロを
根切取るからネギトロです。
★お通しのスープ これは絶品です。マグロのつくねとマグロの削り節が入ってます。マグロのけ
刷り節でとったスープはかつお出汁にひけをとりません。あまり、美味しい美味しいを連発で言
っていたからか、スタッフのお姉さんが、お代わりを持ってきてくれました。ありがたい！！
★まぐろづくし(五点食べ比べ) 2人前からですが、男性スタッフも、先ほどの美味しい！をきいて
いたからか、一人目からでもいいですよと言ってくれた。迷わず注文 先ほどのお姉さんが運ん
できてくれた。ヅケもサービスでつけておきました！！ 居酒屋モテ期到来！！！
本マグロ、インド、他 楽しんで食べ比べできます。 繊細な味の違いを楽しめなくなるので、
これは早いうちに注文することをお勧めします。
★だし巻き卵 大好きなので、期待はせずに注文、出汁はそんなにきいていませんでした
が、フワフワで最高の出来 上にかかった、マグロの削り節を載せていただきました。
★最後に中トロ寿司を2貫 激うま 9月中は1貫９９円の大特価 普段でも安いのでいただきたい
一品でした。
早く仕事が終わった金曜日は幸せです。 また伺うこと間違いなしです。
