I had a meal at this restaurant today! It looks like it would be great for entertaining or a date in a private room in a very clean store! First, let's toast with Swan Lake beer, a local beer from Niigata! (I couldn't take a photo...) First, I had the shrimp and onion in chili sauce. The elegant taste is different from shrimp chili, and the shrimp are plump! The sea bream soup stock is also the best! The five appetizers are beautifully arranged and taste great! Especially the chopped conger eel was fluffy and delicious! The sashimi is extremely delicious, everything is fresh and plump! Not only the fish, but also the soy sauce that went with it was delicious! And here we have a famous sake called [Osaketo's business card]! This was easy to drink, rich and great! It goes really well with fish! ! Grilled mackerel with salt koji has extremely soft meat, and the nice saltiness and flavor will go well with the sake! Personally, all of them were delicious, but this one might have impressed me the most! A combination of duck and Marunasu cooked together with the elegant taste of Saikyo miso and super watery Marunasu is delicious! The final dish, the rice cooked with squid, was really delicious as the flavor of the squid soaked into the rice just right.I had never eaten squid before, but this was the first time I had ever heard that rice cooked with squid was so delicious. ♪ Overall, the sake is delicious, the food is super delicious, and the customer service is great!
