I'm very happy that the appetizer comes with scallop cream Croquette from the beginning. It's crispy with the umami of the scallops and melty, and sometimes there's scallop meat too, which makes it delicious.I thought the fried burdock was tempura or Tempura-fried, but it had a little seasoning, and it was definitely fried, so you could thoroughly enjoy the umami of the burdock, and it went well with the mayo. The sashimi platter is quite luxurious, but it's quite cheap! The fatty mackerel, Thai umami, stable horse mackerel, and pickled squid go well with the sake.What was unexpectedly delicious was the plum cucumber with the bonito flakes, which gave it a refreshing taste.The slow-boiled umami of the golden sea bream finished the dish with a breather. Spicy and stimulating fried rice with many interesting menu items to enjoy. When I visited on a weekday at 7pm, it was always full and reservations were required. Thank you for the meal.
