木曜日の13時、少し雨の降る中うかがいました。店内は満席でしたが、5分であくとのことでしばし待ちます。
入り口左で食券を購入します。Aセットで＋200円で大盛りにしました。
・自家製ハムサラダ
軽く火の通った自家製ハムが、弾力のある柔らかみでめちゃくちゃ美味い。ドレッシングもバルサミコっぽい塩っけの効いたやつで、全体的にオシャレな味わいです。これだけでもけっこう値打ちアリかも。
・3種のチーズとパンチェッタのカルボナーラ
名前負けしてないくらい、チーズがだいぶ濃いめのカルボナーラでした。濃厚でパスタともよく絡み、上品な美味しさです。好みとは少し違うけど、これはこれでアリ。
あとから口コミをみるとハムは盛り放題だったみたいやけど、何も聞かれなかったので残念でした。終わっちゃったのかな？
