大門駅から徒歩2分ほどにあるイタリアン。
平日ランチに訪問。
訪問時の食べログ点数は3.29 (2023年8月)
カウンター8席のみのイタリアン。
ランチは行列しており、特に女性客の比率がかなり高いです。
この日はシェフのワンオペでの営業。
少し時間に余裕を持った方が良さそうです。
ランチは入口の券売機で購入するスタイル。
といってもAセットの食券のみで、日替わりパスタのメニューは口頭でオーダー。
アンチョビとほうれん草のペペロンチーノ(1100円)を注文。

【自家製ハムのサラダ】
最初にランチにつくサラダとして出てくるのですが、このハムがとても美味しい。
しっとりとした食感に適度な塩味、まろやかな脂で、変な風味もなくこれを食べるために来る価値があるくらい。
以前はハムの量を聞いていたみたいですが、それはなかったです。
ただ5枚ほど乗って十分な量はありました。
【フォカッチャ】
オーブンでアツアツに加熱してから提供してくれます。
皮はパリパリ、中はもっちり、理想のフォカッチャ。
【アンチョビとほうれん草のペペロンチーノ】
シンプルなペペロンチーノ。
乳化したソースがしっかり絡み、風味としてはアンチョビよりもほうれん草の方を感じます。
パスタを食べているときはそれほど感じませんでしたが、パンをソースに浸けて頂くと結構唐辛子が効いていますね。
