アミューズ①は5種の栄養素を表したもの。海藻フリット、チーズムース、フォアグラのテリーヌ、キヌアサラダ、グリッシーニ。一緒に出されたスポイドのビーツソースを入れると全てに流れついていくというお皿です。見た目も綺麗で面白い趣向ですねよね。
アミューズ②は、ジビエのパテとうずらのコンソメ。フランボワーズソース。
コンソメが美味しかったです。
前菜①も綺麗な一皿。お皿が３つに分かれていてそれぞれのお料理が並びます。上から白身魚と帆立のタルタル、アワビ、ズワイガニ。どれも私の好みで美味しかったです。
パンには大好きなエシレバター！たっぷりいただきました。
前菜②ラパンとツブ貝 小さなお料理が並びます。
魚料理、とても良かったです！カサゴの減圧料理と菊子とモッツァレラのベニエ！見た目も素敵な盛り付けでした。
肉料理は、最初にフィレかイチボかを選びます。
私はフィレにしましたが、主人はイチボ。イチボはかなり歯応えがあるみたいです。
デザート①は見た目が綺麗ですが、あまり好みではなかったです。デザート②は見た目も味も工夫されていて良かったですが、酔っていて内容を忘れてしまいました泣。小菓子は安定の美味しさでした。コーヒーを頼むとエスプレッソサイズでしたが、お代わりもいただけました。
こちらのペアリングワインがとてもおいしかったです。最後の白と赤はとても気に入りました！最近はコラヴァンがあるので、いいワインもペアリングで出してもらえて嬉しいですね。
アフタヌーンティーを楽しんでいる方もいらっしゃるようでした。広々とした素敵な空間なので、いろいろと使えるのがいいですね。
