ChefTakaya Takeuchi/Owner Chef
Born and raised in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which is blessed with seafood. After graduating from Hattori Gakuen with the goal of becoming a chef, he trained at Italian Cuisine in his hometown of Kanagawa and Tokyo, and became the owner-chef of BIRTHDININGbyplein. As a wine Bistro located in a quiet residential area of Azabujuban, we aim to be a restaurant loved by the local community and will do our best to provide hospitality.
Enjoy Italian Cuisine cuisine in a homely atmosphere. We mainly carry natural wines.
