ロケ地で使われているお店って素敵で結構使ってみたくなります。このお店もその一つ。
おそらく某映画のデートシーンで使われており、テレビ画面を通して見る限りでも『うわ、めちゃくちゃ行ってみたい！！』となりました。探しに探して発見。
早速、仕事関係のお連れ様と伺う事にしました。
行った日は生憎の雨でしたが、外見もさながら、内観はパーフェクト！！
思った以上に素敵です。
中のスタッフさんもホテルマンをされていたそうで、隙のないおもてなしをしてくださいます。
久々に自分にガックリです……ここのお店もっと早い時期に知りたかったーー！！！
東京に住んでいたらきっとヘビロテしています。
最初の前菜に香川のキャビアを使われていて、素材へのこだわりを見せつけられたような気分に。
あとの料理はざっくりですみません、写真で見られると分かるかな。全て接待やデートにもってこいです。
この日は約7000円のオリーブ牛をメインとしたコースでしたが、前菜・パスタ・魚・肉・デザート、全て手抜かりなく美味しくいただきました。
この日はガッツリと飲めませんでしたが、ワインを楽しむに丁度いいお上品な量と味付け。
熱々の大理石プレートで提供されるパンも噛めば噛むほど味わい深く、種類も豊富でした。
グラニテが気になって聞きましたが、青みかんを使ってあるとの事。酸味がとても爽やか。
熟しきったみかんよりも酸味のバランスが良いこの青みかんの方が肉料理の後は美味しく感じられそうです。

米油をナイフの柄に塗ってツヤ感が出て、持ち心地も最高です。
最後は紅茶をいただきましたが、ティーカップはヘレンドでした。
このレストランの建物自体もそうですが、器ひとつひとつ、カラトリーひとつひとつにもこだわり、心が満たされました。
浜松町に行く機会はあまりない方も足を運ぶ価値ありです。
多分すごく人気だけど、あんまり人気が出ると困るので、仕事半分で来たけど、仕事にはしたくなくなりました。
今まで行ってきた中でも特にお気に入りにランクインです。内緒にしておきたいくらい最高のお店でした。

Setouchi 13,000 yen course Seasonal ingredients and brightly colored vegetables, each time with a different twist. The salty taste is not too harsh and can be seasoned to your liking. As well as the atmosphere, the sommelier's close approach and warm customer service leave a good impression every time. They have a wide variety of restaurant in the food and beverage area, and I would like to try out affiliated restaurant with different tastes. The roasted tomatoes were very sweet and salty and delicious! It was also great to be able to encounter sumac, a perilla-like ingredient from the Middle East, and scamorza, a cheese from southern Italy. I would love to visit you again next month.
