パンチレモンサワー
さつむぱり、スッキリ、シャキッ。
炙り明太子
いい具合にトロリと半生に焼けた明太子。
なんだか妙に品が良い味。
お勧めから、チリマヨポテトフライ
お皿にたっぷり盛られたポテトフライの上に、鮮やかオレンジがかったソースがけ。
ちょっとピリリとして後を引く。
馬肉が美味しそうだったので、
馬刺しカルパッチョ
紫玉ねぎ、にんじん、水菜、シャキシャキ、野菜と一緒にいただく馬刺しは、ポン酢風味。
クセがなく、程よい食感のある良い馬肉。
高タンパク低カロリーでヘルシー。
黄色と赤のコントラストが綺麗な明太だし巻き
優しい味わいの出汁が効いて、家庭的でほっこり。焼き方も綺麗でいい。

鶏の唐揚げ
熱々で、からりと揚げられた鶏肉がジューシー。
結構良い鶏肉を使ってると思われる。
味付けもいい。
わらび餅きな粉黒蜜かけ
モチモチとろとろ甘さ控えめで、量もたっぷり。
ほとんどが700円前後とリーズナブルな価格の割には、レベル高い料理だった。
そのせいか、けっこうな客入りで人気の模様。
